Property Developer
The Property Developer will play a pivotal role in driving forward the company’s development projects within the dynamic UK property market. This multifaceted position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in business development and client relationship management. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in real estate and investment trends to identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and continuously cultivate client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential development projects, including site evaluation and market analysis.
- Work closely with architects, planners, surveyors, and legal professionals to manage planning and pre-construction processes.
- Liaise with financial consultants to create development budgets and forecasts.
- Provide detailed project briefs and oversee design standards to ensure commercial, aesthetic, and sustainability targets are met.
- Collaborate with external contractors to monitor project progress and resolve issues on-site when needed.
- Assess investment risks and provide mitigation strategies aligned with company goals.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and internal teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure that all developments comply with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property development, construction consultancy, or real estate project management.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning permission processes and building regulations.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting architectural and engineering plans.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting, and investment analysis.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- English language proficiency of at least B1 level.
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the company. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the market dynamics and investment trends in the UK property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property investment and development consulting sectors.
- Develop and manage relationships with developers, and corporate clients to promote DKA Group’s services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscape insights.
- Support the preparation of presentations, and client documentation.
- Attend property expos, networking events, and industry forums to represent the company and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with market demands and client expectations.
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems with relevant client and lead data.
- Support tender submissions and assist in the preparation of bid documentation where applicable.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management—ideally within the real estate or investment sector.
- Strong understanding of UK property market dynamics and investment trends.
- Proven track record in lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English language proficiency of at least B1 level.
